  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
