- 1 cup chipped beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chipped beef, cheddar cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- If desired, roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts before serving.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
