- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
