  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat and mix well.
  5. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the seafood mixture, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, and then a layer of lasagna noodles.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with heavy cream and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
  • Can substitute crab meat with lobster for a more luxurious dish.
  • Make sure to drain excess liquid from the seafood to avoid a watery lasagna.
