  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shrimp and mixed seafood, cooking until they start to turn pink.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, white beans, and seafood stock; bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
