Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mixed seafood (such as scallops and fish)
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the shrimp and mixed seafood, cooking until they start to turn pink.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced tomatoes, white beans, and seafood stock; bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more chili powder if desired.
- Can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a lighter version.
