- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the sun-dried tomato mixture over the chicken, followed by the cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
