Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, immerse the chicken breasts in buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.

  6. Add the Jalapeños: In the last few minutes of cooking, add the sliced jalapeños to the skillet.
  7. Drain and Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken and jalapeños from the skillet, draining on paper towels.
