Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into slices and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add the marinated tofu slices.
- Cook the tofu until golden and crispy on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, followed by the crispy tofu, and top with sliced avocado.
- Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce and garnish with green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can bake the tofu instead of frying.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumber or carrots for added texture.
