A simple and delicious Dump-and-Bake Chicken Parmesan Casserole that combines tender chicken, pasta, and a rich tomato sauce topped with cheese.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the pasta mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
