- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
