Easy Grilled Cheese Burrito: Your New Favorite Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or chicken
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef or chicken with taco seasoning.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of sour cream and salsa on it.
  3. Add a portion of the seasoned meat and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  6. Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Flip the burrito and grill the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients.
  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Serve with extra salsa or guacamole on the side.
