A delicious and easy-to-make grilled cheese burrito inspired by Taco Bell’s popular menu item.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or chicken
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef or chicken with taco seasoning.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of sour cream and salsa on it.
- Add a portion of the seasoned meat and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the burrito and grill the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Serve with extra salsa or guacamole on the side.
