- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Spread the chocolate chips evenly in an oven-safe dish.
- Place a tablespoon of butter on top of the chocolate.
- Bake for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate is soft and oozy.
- Remove from the oven and cover the melted chocolate with mini marshmallows.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers.
Notes
For a dairy-free alternative, use coconut oil instead of butter. You can also prepare the dip in advance by layering the chocolate and butter, keeping it refrigerated until ready to bake.
