- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a stronger eggnog flavor, use a higher quality eggnog.
- These bars can be topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg for extra festivity.
