Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
