- 2 English muffins, split in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- In a skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side up or scrambled, as preferred.
- Place a cooked egg on each muffin half.
- Top with crumbled sausage and sliced green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy your breakfast pizza!
