Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese and chopped cranberries. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the feta and cranberry mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick swirls.
- Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
