Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil in a medium-sized saucepan with butter, sugar, and salt.
  2. Create the dough by stirring in flour after removing from heat.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing vigorously until glossy.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
  5. Pipe small pieces of dough into the hot oil using a piping bag.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Sugar coating by rolling warm churro bites in sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Serve with chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping.

Notes
