- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare the burrata: Gently pat the burrata balls dry with a paper towel.
- Set up your breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat the burrata: Dip each ball in the seasoned flour, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the burrata balls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Make the spicy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic.
- Assemble and garnish: Place fried burrata on a platter, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with cilantro.
