  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • Spicy Sauce Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burrata: Gently pat the burrata balls dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the burrata: Dip each ball in the seasoned flour, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the burrata balls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Make the spicy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic.
  7. Assemble and garnish: Place fried burrata on a platter, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with cilantro.
