Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries and granola over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Feel free to use any berries you like.
- For a sweeter bark, adjust the amount of honey or syrup.
