Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 cup fruit preserves or jam
  • Additional Fruity Pebbles for coating

Instructions

  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.

  4. Shape the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper into a rectangle.
  5. Cool for about 5 minutes until manageable.
  6. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the cereal layer.
  7. Layer the fruit preserves across the cream cheese.
  8. Roll the mixture into a log using the parchment paper.
  9. Coat the roll in additional Fruity Pebbles.
  10. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
