- 1 package (15.25 oz) Funfetti cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well blended.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the 2 eggs to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the sprinkles gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the bars in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
- Feel free to use different colored sprinkles for a unique look.
- These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
