- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 2 slices of cheese (your choice)
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place two slices of garlic bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
