- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Arrange the chicken breasts in your Crockpot in a single, even layer.
- Melt the butter: In your skillet over medium heat, allow the butter to melt until it shimmers.
- Sauté the garlic: Toss in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix in broth and spices: Pour in the chicken broth alongside the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
