Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
