Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious, bite-sized treats filled with juicy cheeseburgers and topped with a savory garlic parmesan butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  9. Brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
