Description

A delicious and easy-to-make sheet pan meal featuring sausage and a variety of vegetables, all tossed in garlic and Parmesan for a flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
