A delicious and easy-to-make sheet pan meal featuring sausage and a variety of vegetables, all tossed in garlic and Parmesan for a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
