- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
