- 1 whole salmon (about 2 kg)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity of the salmon with lemon slices and fresh dill.
- In a bowl, mix white wine, honey, and minced garlic, then pour over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional dill and lemon slices before serving.
