- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground lamb or beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the pita breads in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a layer of lettuce at the bottom.
- Add the cooked meat on top of the lettuce.
- Top with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
- Drizzle with Tzatziki sauce before serving.
