- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- In a separate pan, fry the diced potatoes until crispy and golden brown.
- Slice the grilled chicken and assemble the bowl with garlic cream pasta, crispy potatoes, and garnish with fresh parsley.
