Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, spinach, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the feta cheese on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the orzo is cooked and the feta is golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
