Description
Delicious and refreshing ice pops made with blueberries and yogurt, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend together the blueberries, yogurt, and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Fill the molds with the mixture, leaving space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Remove the pops by running warm water over the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!
Notes
Customize the flavor by adding fresh herbs or granola, and store pops in the freezer for up to two months.
