Description

Delicious and refreshing ice pops made with blueberries and yogurt, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend together the blueberries, yogurt, and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  2. Fill the molds with the mixture, leaving space at the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove the pops by running warm water over the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

Customize the flavor by adding fresh herbs or granola, and store pops in the freezer for up to two months.
