Ingredients

  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion, carrots, and celery until softened.

  7. Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter until creamy.
