Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and stuff each with a bit of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
