Ingredients

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and stuff each with a bit of Parmesan cheese.
- Place the cheese bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the dough.
- These can be frozen before baking for later use.
