- 1 pound of mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
