Ingredients

  • 1 pound of mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
