Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with more glaze as needed.
- Once cooked through, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, add some wood chips to the grill.
- This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or rice.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
