Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the glaze.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss the wings in any remaining glaze before serving.

  • For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
