- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the glaze.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and toss the wings in any remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
