Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, sauté mixed vegetables in olive oil until tender.
- Serve the salmon over cooked rice, topped with sautéed vegetables, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
