- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
- Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the skillet.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over your favorite hot dogs.

- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
