- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Cherries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then drizzle hot fudge sauce on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and cherries before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Make sure to let the cheesecake cool completely before adding the hot fudge.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
