Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the batter into greased cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cakes cool completely before frosting.
  8. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
