- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the hummus with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper half with the hummus mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
