- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

- Assemble the bowl by layering lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and baked chicken.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and garnish with green onions.
