- 200g Udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and toss everything together until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your choice of protein such as chicken, beef, or tofu.
