Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the ricotta mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
