- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the ricotta mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Can be topped with powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
