Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
