Instructions
- Separate the egg yolks and whites in two bowls.

- Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks are achieved.
- Fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture gently.

- Cover with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
