Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into florets and steaming until tender, about 6-8 minutes.
- Blend the cooled cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet, forming your desired shape.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes. They can also be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
