- 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 8 slices Corned Beef
- 1 cup Sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the cheese and corned beef in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Create the filling by mixing the sauerkraut, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve, horseradish, and paprika.
- Assemble the roll-ups with cheese mixture and sauerkraut mixture, then roll and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

These roll-ups can be made ahead; just store fillings separately until ready to bake.
