- 1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Melt the Cheese: Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese across the bottom. Allow it to melt for 2-3 minutes until it becomes bubbly and turns a lovely golden hue.
- Prepare the Sauce: While the cheese is melting, grab a mixing bowl and combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve confectioner’s sugar, horseradish sauce, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the Filling: Spread the creamy sauce generously over the melty cheese. Layer the corned beef slices and sauerkraut on top.
- Roll It Up: Carefully roll the cheese over the filling, starting from one edge and tucking tightly.
- Sear the Roll-Ups: Place the roll-ups seam-side down into the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice & Serve: After searing, slice each roll-up in half to reveal the layers inside and serve warm.
