Description

Delightful low-carb rolls filled with savory beef, sautéed vegetables, and creamy cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of keto-friendly wrap or dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet; sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and fold in half of the shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto a keto wrap and roll tightly.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining provolone cheese over the top of each roll.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Customize with different meats or cheeses based on preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
