Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of keto-friendly wrap or dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet; sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Remove the skillet from heat and fold in half of the shredded provolone cheese.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto a keto wrap and roll tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the remaining provolone cheese over the top of each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Customize with different meats or cheeses based on preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
